My current role focuses on providing optimal experiences for students through effective leadership. My doctorate from the University of Calgary focused on teachers as leaders, high school redesign. and diverse pedagogical and assessment approaches. I have presented on mathematics and numeracy at a variety of educational conferences at local, provincial, and international settings.
